However,this is not the case in our society as individuals at several levels in our society choose to be acted upon and succumb to reactive,as against proactive behaviour, which unfortunately is the root of our socio-economic backwardness. It amuses me when I see youths,who belong to the most energetic age group fail to act and make things happen but rather choose to lay back and let things happen to them, and then push the BLAME on the nearest person or thing.
